What are the differences between G Suite’s pricing plans?
G Suite has three pricing plans: Basic, Business, and Enterprise. Basic has 30GB of storage per user, Business offers unlimited storage and archiving, and Enterprise includes additional advanced controls and customization. You can view plan details and differences here.
Does G Suite have a free trial?
Yes, you can try G Suite with no commitment for 14 days. Sign up for the free trial in minutes and create accounts for up to 10 people on your team. To get the most from your trial, we recommend trying at least 3 tasks you want to explore, such as collaborating on Docs, launching a video meeting in Hangouts, or checking Gmail from your mobile device. Enter your billing information before the end of your trial to avoid a disruption in service.
After you sign up, you can add up to 10 people to your account for a fully functional trial of G Suite services. Send emails with Gmail, hold meetings with Hangouts, work together in real time with Docs, store everything in Drive, and use G Suite on the go. After signing up, the Setup Wizard will guide you to verify your domain, add your users, and then set up Gmail by changing your MX records at your domain host. Our online tools and the Support team can help you with all of this.
How do I purchase G Suite?
You can sign up for G Suite online or contact our sales team to get started. When you sign up online, you’ll automatically start with a free 14-day trial. You may enter your billing information at any time during the trial to purchase G Suite, but you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. Please note the trial is limited to 10 users. If you add more than 10 users during your trial period, the trial will end and you will begin payment.
How do I cancel my trial if I decide not to purchase G Suite?
If you do not enter billing information during your trial, your account will automatically be suspended at the end of the trial period and you will not be charged. Please refer to this help center article if you would like to cancel your trial account.
What is the cost to setup and migrate to G Suite?
Following our setup guide, you can set up G Suite and migrate your information at no additional cost. Our Support team is available to help if needed. If you would like someone to do the setup and migration for your company, please contact a Google Partner to learn more about these services and the costs associated.
When do I set up billing?
When you sign up for G Suite, you’ll start with a free 14-day trial you can use with up to 10 users. To continue using G Suite after 14 days or to add more than 10 users, you must set up billing for your subscription. It's important to set up billing before your free trial expires so your services aren't suspended. You can set up billing at any time.
What forms of payment does Google accept?
You can pay for your G Suite subscription using an international credit card. Google accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In some locations, you can also pay by making withdrawals from a bank account (also called direct debit).
Can I pay for a full year of G Suite up front rather than monthly?
Annual plans are offered only in some countries. Visit our pricing page to see if an annual plan is offered in your country.
What constitutes a user in terms of pricing?
A user is defined as one personalized email address (name@yourcompany). A user can have multiple email addresses by creating email aliases. Group email aliases (such as support@yourcompany) don't count as users. You can add up to 30 email aliases for each user.
If I plan to create email aliases for groups, does that alias count as a user I have to pay for? How many aliases can each user manage?
No. Each user can have multiple email addresses by creating email aliases. You can add up to 30 email aliases per user.
Is a domain included as a part of G Suite?
No, the cost of a domain is separate from G Suite. During signup, you will specify the domain you want for your business email. If you don’t yet own the domain, you can purchase it from Google for an additional fee.
Does Google accept multiple currencies?
Yes. When you first set up your billing, you will choose a country where you do business and which currency you would like to use to pay. Your country determines what payment methods you can use. Choose your country and currency carefully, as you can't change these selections later.
